Collaroy Beach is quite long, and while it may have inconsistent surf, it is a great beach to visit, with lots of space, and a rockpool at the southern end of the beach.
Getting ThereTo get to the beach, head along Spit Rd, over the Spit Bridge and keep going along Burnt Bridge Creek Deviation, Condamine St. and Pittwater Rd., past Dee Why and Long Reef. PIttwater Rd. runs close to the beach.
Surfing InformationThe surf can be inconsistent here, but it is usually good beginners surf.
